"I was unable to boot up or load Windows. I looked in the Yellow Pages, and hoped I'd made a good choice when I picked Computame. (You're never sure what's lurking in the Yellow Pages!). My decision to phone was a good one, however.

[The engineer] arrived at the arranged time, was very courteous and sympathetic, didn't baffle me with technical jargon (a big plus!!), and managed to fix the fault. I found the service excellent and the engineer friendly and pleasant. I intend using the service again.

The service was good value for money, and I would highly recommend it."
